Drawing in Space artist Dave Eppley collaborates with Findley Elementary School

Throughout the month of October, approximately 120 third- and fifth- grade students at Findley Elementary in Des Moines are composing hundreds of “bouquets” using various sizes and colors of vinyl hexagons.

Des Moines Art Center receives grant award for series of videos for upcoming exhibition, Drawing in Space.

The Des Moines Art Center has received a grant award of $3,000 from Humanities Iowa, a state-based affiliate of the National Endowment of the Humanities, in support of a series of videos which will be an educational accompaniment to the upcoming exhibition Drawing in Space.
