  • 18th Annual Day of the Dead / Día de los Muertos Community Ofrenda

    This year the Des Moines Art Center's annual Day of the Dead / Día de los Muertos was devoted to the community that has supported our event for so many years.Community members brought in objects and notes that were then placed on a community ofrenda to remember their loved ones.

  • 2018 MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival Winners

    Established in New York City in 1997, the MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival receives over 500 entries from more than 40 countries each year. Audiences from around the world unite not only to view the films, but to vote on them as well.
