  • 2019 MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival Finalists

    Established in New York City in 1997, The MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival receives over 500 entries from over 40 countries each year. Ten entries are selected as finalists in the annual Festival and are then packaged and distributed on DVD to participating theaters. Audiences from around the world unite not only to view the films, but to vote on them as well.
