Sean O’Harrow, together with Jeff Fleming, will lead an in-depth conversation on various aspects
of Jackson Pollock's painting Mural; from it’s influence on painting made after World War II, to the
artwork’s surprising journey from Peggy Guggenheim’s New York apartment to the University of Iowa,
leading up to a discussion of the painting as a one-of-a-kind cultural and educational treasure in our state.
