Planetarium: Space for Kids

7/29/2017 / 10:00am - 3:00pm

What is it about the sky that intrigues you? Is it the sun, sky, planets, or stars in the outer universe that take your imagination on a space adventure?

Join us for an out-of-this world free family day to explore how art and the science of space converge! We will have hands-on activities for all ages and events throughout the museum and studios, including a speaker from the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center and a Starlab indoor planetarium.

Drop in any time for hands-on activities in the studios:

  • Pastel Galaxies / Brennan Studio 1
  • Astronauts in Space / Hubbell Studio 2
  • Space Photo booth / Principal Studio 5
  • Stars in Jars / Principal Studio 6
