The Des Moines Art Center Big Hair Ball will return in 2013.
The Big Hair Ball, organized biennially by Art Noir (odd-numbered years), is one of Des Moines' premier art and fashion events.
The highly anticipated runway show features choreographed performances, modeled hair designed by local salons, live music, and special guest appearances. Local boutiques also participate by offering hair, nail, and make-up artistry.
